Where Every Thread Tells a Story
We've been quietly working on a dream for a while now — and today, we'd like to show it to the people who matter most.
For months, I've been deep in this — meeting our makers, sketching logos late at night, and obsessing over the way a knot lands on a piece of cotton. Today I'd like you to see what came of it.
The Urban Dori is my love letter to the artisans of India — to the women whose hands turn ordinary thread into pieces that make a house feel like home. Every basket, every bag, every small thing I make is rooted in their craft and finished with my care.
I'm sharing this with you first because you've been part of my journey in some way — friends, family, mentors, our circle. Take a look. Tell me what you think. And if a piece speaks to you, I'd love for it to live in your home.
Crafting homes that breathe with handmade warmth
and the timeless soul of Indian artistry.
Our pieces don't come off a conveyor belt. They come from a sunlit workshop where artisans — most of them women — sit cross-legged on the floor, turning rope and yarn into the kind of things you want to keep forever.
We work directly with our partner ateliers — chosen with care, visited in person. We pay fairly. We honour the time it takes. And every order you place sends income straight back to the people who made it.
A first look at what we're building — woven baskets, crochet bags, planters, and small joys for your home.
Custom hampers built around your occasion, your budget, and the people you love. Tell us what you're celebrating — we'll weave the rest.
